This made-to-order series highlights the artistry of We Ponder master potter, Ian Clare, who has spent decades perfecting and inventing ceramic glazes. Together, they developed a fresh palette of unique finishes, some entirely new, others long-loved favourites, available across a selection of their signature wall light styles.
New Glaze Colours
Snow Cone - A bright, playful sky-blue glaze with fine speckling and a glossy, frosted look. Fresh, bold and full of energy.
Pickled Olives - A glossy green glaze with organic spotting and warm brown notes. Earthy, characterful and beautifully varied—no two pieces alike.
Midnight Snack - A deep, glossy navy with subtle tonal shifts. Rich, moody and perfect for adding contrast.
Choccy Milk - A warm, nostalgic deep brown with soft variation and a smooth satin finish. Comforting and quietly refined.
Burnt Toast - A dark, toasty brown that nearly reads black in low light. Speckled, subtle, and beautifully grounding—especially on carved forms.
Tommy Jam - A deep rust-red with a glossy, slightly metallic sheen. Warm, textured, and full of personality.
