Lilyfield
This Lilyfield home embraces a refined, contemporary lighting approach where simplicity and precision are key, with carefully layered ambient light enhancing clean lines and subtle materiality without overwhelming the space. Focused on highlighting form rather than decoration, discreet fittings and soft, even illumination work together to create a calm, minimalist atmosphere that feels both functional and quietly sophisticated.
Centennial Park
This Centennial Park terrace pairs heritage charm with modern luxury, heritage on the outside, but step through the blue door and into a beautifully refined interior designed by Alex Roth Architecture, where every finish is perfection. The lighting plays a key role in elevating each space, with a layered approach combining architectural downlighting, linear pendants, and subtle LED detailing to highlight the rich mix of materials, creating a warm, tactile and inviting atmosphere.

Above ground, this Centennial Park home could easily be mistaken for a luxury Balinese villa, while below ground reveals a hidden retreat reminiscent of a secret agent’s hideout, complete with all the modern comforts.
