Please choose wisely. All sales are final. If in doubt please ask our staff.

As we are a re-seller of many different brands of lighting, we are bound by third party terms and conditions to order lights on your behalf. Often not returnable once ordered and supplied.

Product Images and Descriptions

Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate details and product images of the products we sell, sometimes additional information is required. If you require more information on a particular product prior to placing an order please email us at sales@urbanlighting.com.au

 

Product Availability

Depending on product availability and existing stock levels not all orders will be available immediately for collection.  Once you place an order with us, we will usually order it from our supplier and it will generally take 1-4 weeks to fill.  When all items are ready for collection, we will contact you.

  

Cost of Shipping

We do not generally offer delivery, but it can be arranged using one of our network of couriers if required.  Once your order is finalised, we can calculate shipping costs.
