NEW SHOWROOM HOURS
Dear Customers,
Please note that from Monday, 14th July 2025, our Willoughby showroom will be closed on Mondays. Our online store remains open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To better support our wonderful team and continue providing the best service to you, we’ve made the decision to close our showroom on Mondays. As a family-run business, this change helps us create a healthier work-life balance for our dedicated staff. Moving forward, our showroom will be open five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
Our warehouse (located at the rear of the showroom) will remain open for order collections on Mondays between 9am and 5pm. Please note that the showroom itself will not be staffed by sales personnel on Mondays.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you’d like to check the status of your order before collecting, feel free to contact us at sales@urbanlighting.com.au.
